Forest Wealth has wrapped up its first year as a sponsor of Turramurra United Football Club. The club held its Presentation Day on Saturday 3rd October, closing out the 2026 winter season with players, families, coaches and volunteers.
It was a great way to celebrate a year of community football on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
Why Forest Wealth sponsors Turramurra United
Forest Wealth is a financial planning practice with offices in Chatswood, Hornsby and Sutherland. Supporting grassroots sport is one way we stay connected to the communities where our clients and our team live.
This partnership started close to home. Our General Manager, Phil Broadbent, plays at the club and has seen firsthand what it gives local families.
“As both a player at the club and General Manager of Forest Wealth, it’s been fantastic to see the positive impact community football has on so many local families,” says Phil.
About Turramurra United Football Club
Turramurra United plays in the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA), which runs community football across Sydney’s northern suburbs. The club was formed through a merger in 2018, according to the NSFA.
Its women’s side won both the NSFA Women’s Premier League and the inaugural NSFA Women’s Cup in 2022, as reported in the NSFA’s 2022 Cups and Shields wrap-up.
The volunteers who keep community football running
Every training session and match day depends on people giving up their time. Coaches, team managers, committee members and canteen crews keep the club going week after week.
Congratulations to every player on a great season. A big thank you to the volunteers who make it all happen.
Looking ahead to next season
We’re looking forward to supporting Turramurra United again in 2027 and seeing the club continue to grow.
