Q: What do you charge for financial advice?
A: The first meeting will always be at no charge to you. The costs for advice vary depending on the type of advice you are looking for. We will be able to give you an exact figure after we ascertain your needs.
Q: I’m worried that I will lose my money, how do you ensure that I don’t?
A: Everyone has a slightly different risk appetite. If you want something ‘capital guaranteed’ then we will find you something that is capital guaranteed.
Q: If I move over to you from my current advisor, will this mean I have to change my current product, because I am happy with it?
A: No, if your product remains in your best interest, we will not recommend a product change. However, if there is a product on the market that better meets your needs then we will recommend it. You will always have the final decision on any proposed switch.
Q: Do you recommend Industry funds as well as retail funds in the Superannuation space?
A: Our current clients have a mix of Industry funds, corporate funds, retail funds, wraps, and SMSF’s. Everyone is different in their needs and requirements. We will match you up with the most appropriate platform for your situation
